• 1. Turtle Snack from the Gacha¥300 This is a limited-edition item sold through capsule toy machines (gachapon).
  It is turtle food for the Red-eared Slider, Japanese Pond Turtle, and Reeve’s Turtle in the freshwater turtle pool, as well as for the Loggerhead Sea Turtle in the large turtle pool.
  ・Limited quantity due to metabolism control (number of snacks may vary based on the turtle’s condition).
• 2. Turtle Touch ¥500¥500 In the Tortoise Square, various tortoises with different personalities are strolling around. You can touch their shells at the turtles' pace.
  ・Held on weekdays at 14:00, and on weekends/holidays at 11:00 and 14:00. Please note that events may be canceled if they overlap with other events.
  ・Capacity: 5 people
  ・Target: Anyone
  ・Children under middle school age must be accompanied by a guardian (1 free entry). Children 13 years or older can participate alone.
  ・Tickets are available for purchase at the Caretta entrance on the day.
• 3. Special Experience with the Caretakers ・Each event is held once a month (please check the calendar on our website for the event dates).

  ・Turtles may have reduced appetite or activity in colder seasons. Some events may be suspended due to these factors.
  • Dive into the Giant Turtle Pool! Premium Feeding Experience with Sea Turtles & Bigfin Reef Squid + Photo Service¥3,000 This is a special experience where you can feed premium food to loggerhead sea turtles from a staff-only passageway of the Giant Turtle Pool.
    Our staff will take photos during the experience and at the passageway. You can download them via a designated QR code (available from the evening of the same day for about one week).
    ・Time: 10:30 (approx. 50 minutes)
    ・Capacity: 6 people
    ・Eligibility: Elementary school grade 1 and above
    ・Children under junior high school must be accompanied by one guardian (free).
    ・Junior high school students and above can participate alone.
    ・Location: Giant Turtle Pool
    ・Meeting Point: Touch Pool
    Notes:
    ・Participants (including accompanying persons) must wear boots and life jackets.
    ・Clothing may get wet due to splashes when turtles approach.
    ・For safety reasons, please follow staff instructions at all times while on the pool.
  • Touch and Compare!¥1,000 This event allows you to touch and observe several types of turtles. Discover what makes each one unique! Which turtle will appear? It depends on the turtles’ mood and energy that day.
    ・Time: 11:00 AM (approx. 30 minutes)
    ・Capacity: 3 people
    ・Target: First-grade students and above. Children under middle school age must be accompanied by a guardian (1 free entry).
    ・Location: Backyard Office
    ・Gathering place: Touch Pool
  • Come See the Backstage of Caretta!¥1,000 The place that supports the turtles’ lives is like a secret base! Come on a backstage tour with the caretakers.
    ・Time: 11:00 AM (approx. 30 minutes)
    ・Capacity: 5 people
    ・Target: First-grade students and above. Children under middle school age must be accompanied by a guardian (1 free entry).
    ・Location: Various locations in the Backyard
    ・Gathering place: Touch Pool
  • Serious Turtle Care Experience¥3,000 This is not just a surface-level care experience. You’ll be working with the caretakers to help with real turtle care tasks. * Currently under preparation.
• 4. Group Feeding Experience¥300/person This is an experience where participants can feed sea turtles swimming in the outdoor large turtle pool.
  Schedule: Weekdays only (11:00)
  Capacity: Up to 100 people per group
  Eligibility: Groups
  Reservation: Required at least one week before the visit date (first-come, first-served)
  On the day: Please pay at the reception and gather at the large turtle pool at 11:00
